Refund policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on any opened or used products. To be acceptable for a return, items must be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. All packaging, protective wrapping and/or tamper-resistant seals must be intact; otherwise, the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted for return. You must return all items to us within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused.
Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on our website and proof of purchase may be required.
Damaged or faulty items
We will also accept for exchange, any items you received that were damaged or defective in any way. If you received a damaged item, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. We will also require images of the damaged or faulty item and any packaging it arrived in. Do not dispose of any items or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further. We are unable to offer a refund if you are unable to provide us with this information.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Contacting us regarding Returns and Refunds
To start the returns process, please contact us within 14 days for unopened items and 48 hours for faulty or damaged items, via email with “Returns & Refunds” and your order / invoice number in the subject line.
Once your email and all relevant information is received, we will then provide you with an appropriate return shipping address.
Returning your items
When returning unopened and unused items, we always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. We may require a copy of the proof of postage receipt during the process so be sure to keep this safe. Any items you decide to return are your responsibility until they reach us.
We will pay the costs of return if you received the incorrect item or if the product is damaged or faulty. If this case, you will be refunded for the cost of the product only. Any shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we have received your item and inspected the necessary fault, we will contact you via email to state that we have received your item and if we have approved or rejected your refund. If it has been approved your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working excluding (excluding Bank Holidays) days after the original claim has been accepted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund please contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before the refund is officially showing due to the processing time. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email so that we can help.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, once your order is placed we cannot guarantee that any amendments can be made to your order (including cancellation). Please get in touch with us immediately by email to discuss your order.
Incorrect (delivery) information
Please take extra care to ensure that you have provided the correct billing and delivery information before submitting your order. Packages are sent to the delivery address entered at checkout. We will not be held responsible for failed deliveries of any kind. If you provide us with the incorrect address and the parcel is not returned to us, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
